Background
I joined the business in April 2023 to head up the Scotland office. Since then, I have worked to establish the new company, leading it through the necessary regulatory approvals from the Law Society of Scotland. I work collaboratively with the various business disciplines within Minster to create, develop and implement the many different tools, systems and processes necessary for the Scottish business to become operational. Prior to joining Minster, I was a Partner within the Personal Injury team of a large Scottish law firm. I led a team of solicitors and paralegals as well as running a caseload of high value, complex personal injury actions. I have over 18 years’ experience in personal injury law and am a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist. Outside of work I’m a mum to two amazing kids. Between school and their many extra-curricular clubs, we are pretty busy but we do try to squeeze in as many little adventures as we when the weekend comes.
