Time for you
- Our ‘Time for Me’ days gives colleagues the opportunity to condense one working work of each month to a four day week – giving you the potential to take up to 12 additional days for yourself each calendar year
- Holiday trade-away allows eligible colleagues to trade in holiday allowance for cash or buy up to five extra days per year
- With long service holidays, your allowance will increase in line with your service. This can increase up to 30 days for 5 years’ service
